Tamara Waters-Wheeler is a school psychologist for Morton Sioux SPED Unit in Mandan, ND.  She has been a school psychologist for 15 years and has been a member of NDASP since 2001.  Tamara has served in a variety of positions on the board over the last 15 years.  Her favorite part of her job is working with children with behavioral challenges and she loves to be involved in organizations and groups that are working to improve the state of education for children with or without disabilities.  Tamara lives in Bismarck with her husband Jay, and two daughters, Miyah and Izabela.
